• What’s Covered
During the warranty period, should your luggage display a defect covered under
the warranty, repairs will be handled free of charge. Our aim is to keep you
exploring the world with Vallmoro, year after year.
• Exclusions
The following are not covered under this warranty:
• Cosmetic wear and tear, including scuffed paintwork or leather.
• Damage caused by airlines, baggage handlers, TSA, or similar third parties.
• Misuse, abuse, or improper handling.
• Water damage, including storage in damp conditions.
• Repairs or modifications carried out by anyone other than an authorized
Vallmoro repairer.
• Damage to locks caused by forcing or using incorrect lock combinations.
• Force Majeure events (Acts of God).
• Warranty is void if the luggage was not purchased from the Vallmoro website
Tip: For best protection against cosmetic damage, always use the Vallmoro
Transparent protective cover, included with every wheeled luggage purchase, whenever
checking in luggage.
• Airline Damage
Airline-related damage is the responsibility of the airline. Any such damage
should be reported to airline staff immediately. We will gladly provide proof of
purchase and repair quotes to help you file your insurance claim.

• Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Vallmoro shall not be liable for incidental,
consequential, or special damages arising from the use or performance of your
luggage. The maximum liability under this warranty is limited to the purchase
price paid.
