What’s Covered

Repairs or replacement of defective components will be provided at no service cost during the warranty period, subject to inspection and approval. Our goal is to ensure your Vallmoro continues to travel with you, year after year.

Exclusions

The following are not covered under this warranty:

• Cosmetic wear and tear, including scuffed paintwork or leather.
• Damage caused by airlines, baggage handlers, TSA, or similar third parties.
• Misuse, abuse, or improper handling of the luggage.
• Water damage, including storage in damp conditions.
• Repairs or modifications performed by any party not authorized by Vallmoro.
• Damage to locks caused by forcing or using incorrect lock combinations.
• Force Majeure events (natural events or circumstances beyond our control).
• This warranty applies only to products purchased from authorized Vallmoro sales channels.
• Normal wear and tear resulting from regular use over time.

Tip: For enhanced protection against cosmetic damage, always use the Vallmoro transparent protective cover (included with every wheeled luggage purchase) when checking in your luggage.

Airline Damage

Damage caused during air travel is the responsibility of the airline and must be reported to airline staff immediately at the airport.

We are happy to assist by providing proof of purchase and repair estimates to support your airline or insurance claim.

How to Claim Warranty Service

To ensure a smooth and hassle-free process, please activate your warranty within 30 days from the date of purchase using the form on the Warranty page.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Vallmoro shall not be liable for incidental, consequential, or special damages. Liability under this warranty is limited to repair, replacement, or the original purchase price of the product.
