How do I care for my luggage?
(1) To clean your case, please wipe the dust with a soft damp cloth, and gently
dry the surface. Some dirt and scuff marks can be removed with a neutral eraser.
(2) Please use a warm damp cloth and mild soap to remove strong adhesives
from airport communication stickers, sometimes you may need an alcohol pad
to help remove the glue on the surface, and then gently dry the area.
(3) Do not apply or use any cleaning or coating products on the leather parts, as
they may discolor or damage the leather. Pre-testing on a small area is
recommended before using any cleaning products on the entire surface of the
suitcase or you can contact us for advice before cleaning.
