Exchanging / Replacing Your Vallmoro
To exchange your luggage for another style or color:
• Need to exchange or replace an item? Just fill out our Exchange Request Form within
7 days of delivery.
• Include your order number, product details, and photos, and we’ll take care of the rest
from inspection to pick-up and prompt replacement or refund.
Returning Your Vallmoro
Returns are accepted under specific conditions. Please fill out our Return Request Form
within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate the process.
• Product must be unused, in original packaging, with all accompanying items.
• Sale or discounted items are not eligible for return/exchange.
• Faulty or damaged items must be reported within 7 days and returned with
packaging intact.
• Refund for the products received will be initiated after inspection.
Refunds are typically processed within 10 working days. If there are delays, email
vallmoro.com/support and we’ll expedite your refund.
