Returns, Exchanges & Refund Policy

Your Vallmoro piece is designed to travel with you for years. If it doesn’t feel like the right fit, we’re here to help. Please review the guidelines below to understand how returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled.

Please note: The 7-day return / exchange policy applies only to orders placed on www.vallmoro.com.

Replacing / Exchanging / Credibility

To qualify for a return or exchange, the item must:

  • Be unused and in original condition
  • Include all original packaging, tags, and protective covers
  • Be free from damage, scratches, or signs of use
  • Be returned within 7 days of delivery
Replacing / Exchanging Your Vallmoro

To exchange your luggage for another style or color:

  • Mail us your Exchange request at hello@vallmoro.com within 7 days of delivery.
  • Share your order number, product details, and clear photos of the item.
  • Our team will manage the inspection, pick-up, and replacement.
Returning Your Vallmoro

Returns are accepted only under specific conditions. To start a return, please mail us your Return request at hello@vallmoro.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Product must be unused and in its original packaging, along with its tags.
  • Sale or discounted items are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Faulty or damaged products must be reported within 7 days and returned with packaging intact.
  • Refunds will be initiated after product inspection is successfully completed.
  • Returns are accepted only after approval from our team.
  • Items sent back without prior approval may not be accepted.
  • Return shipping may be arranged by Vallmoro upon approval.
  • Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the item is defective.
Refunds
  • Refunds are processed after inspection confirms the item meets return eligibility.
  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method only.
  • Processing may take up to 7–10 working days depending on your bank.
