At Vallmoro, every order is prepared with care and precision. We partner with trusted courier services such as Shiprocket, Delhivery, Blue Dart, XpressBees, Shadowfax, and others, selected based on product size, destination, and delivery requirements.

Every order is carefully packaged and inspected before it leaves our facility to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.

Shipping Charges
  • Complimentary across India.
Dispatch & Delivery
  • Orders placed after 12:00 PM are dispatched the next working day.
  • Orders are processed on working days only (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
  • Standard delivery typically takes 5–12 working days, depending on product and destination. Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.
  • Specific delivery timelines are mentioned on individual product pages.
  • Dispatch timelines may vary during peak periods or promotional sales.
Delivery Delays

While we strive to deliver your order on time, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as lockdowns, heavy rainfall, city restrictions, courier disruptions, natural events, government restrictions, and courier disruptions.

In such cases, we will keep you informed and notify you promptly via email or phone regarding any updates to your delivery.

Failed Delivery

If delivery attempt fails due to customer unavailability or address issues, re-delivery charges may apply.

Damage on Delivery

Damaged or Tampered Packages: If the package appears damaged or tampered with at the time of delivery, please refuse the shipment and contact our support team within 24 hours with photos.

Shipping Charge

Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable once the order has been dispatched.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information. Vallmoro is not liable for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.
